 An exclamatory sentence

shows strong sentiment.

 1. He said excitedly, "This is an exclamatory sentence!"

Imperative

An imperative sentence

gives a command.

 1. Tell me this is an imperative sentence.

 

2. Do your best on the final exam.

Interrogative

An interrogative sentence

asks a question.
